P.K. Saru, MA, LLB, TSTA(P) is a psychotherapist, trainer and consultant. She has a degree in Law and Masters in Psychology. She is an internationally accredited Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) in the field of psychotherapy and couselling. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and has a Diploma in Child Development. She has over 30  years of experience as counselor, psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor. She is the Managing Trustee of Centre for Holistic Integrated Learning and Development and the Director of Asha Counselling and Training Services.

Saru is the Convener of the International TA Conference, 1997 and 2004. She has been the member of the Board of Trustees of the ITAA and member of the Board of Certification, T&C Council.She is the first Asian recipient for the Nureal James living principle award.she is also an awardee of professional excellence of SAATA(South Asian Association of Transactional Analyst). She is the past president of the TA Study Circle of Coimbatore. She runs TA training groups in Coimbatore, Calicut, Mumbai, Bangalore and Bangladesh. She got training contracts in Turkey, Iran and Singapore. Her passion is in the field of Woman Empowerment.

C. SURIYAPRAKASH, PhD is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Jansons School of Business, International accreditation as Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) in the organisational field. He is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He has over two decades experience in the industry, teaching MBAs, and industrial training, counselling and consultancy. His specialties include Organisational Behaviour, Applied Behavioural Sciences and Human Relations Development. His current research interests are on personality and leadership studies from the Indian philosophical perspective. He is a faculty of Asha Counselling and Training Services, Coimbatore and Former-President of TA Study Circle of Coimbatore. He was the Co-chair of Training Standards Committee, Training and Certification Council of Transactional Analysts, USA (T&CC). He was Vice-President-Operations (2007-2009) and Vice-President, Research and Innovation (2010-2012) of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).  He was the President of  ITAA and Secretary, South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts (SAATA).

Recipient of the Muriel James Living Principles Award1 2013 of the ITAA, Suriya’s passion includes study in the fields of personality, leadership and Indian philosophy.

He is a CPP-Certified Psychodrama Practioner. He has over 15 years of field experience in personal selling, teaching, industrial training and consultancy. He was a  Visiting Faculty in GRD School of Career Studies, Coimbatore. His specialty is Marketing and Sales Management. He is a faculty and a Voluntary Counsellor of Asha Counselling and Training Services, Coimbatore and Former-Secretary of TA Study Circle of Coimbatore.

He is a recipient of SAATA service Award 2018.He was Former-Secretary of TA Study circle of Coimbatore(Tascc).He is also the Regional Examination Coordinator -India, for International Board of Certification. He was the Treasurer, SAATA and Member, Board of Trustees of the International TA Association, USA (2006-2008, 2011-2014). Mohanraj co-founded Relations Institute of Development, in 1995, to provide Organisational Development Training, Coaching and Counselling. They have trained more than eight thousands of managers, executives, factory employees, teachers, students, social workers and parents and logged over 10000 hours of teaching, training and consultancy using TA and allied models. Their specialty in organisational development, with TA includes, creating awareness, leadership, team building, problem-solving, conflict resolution, group dynamics, communication and motivation.

Facilitator, Relations Institute of Development, Secretary Asha Counselling and Training Services and is a Treasurer in South Asian Association of Transactional Analysts(SAATA). He is a TA101 Instructor, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and also facilitates organisational counselling, Personal counselling, Group counselling, and Marital counselling. As trainer in Junior Chamber, a global organisation for Leadership Development, he has conducted Personality, Leadership, Business and Faculty Development programmes in schools, colleges and business organisations. With his unique blend of technical and behavioural skills, he has seen remarkable shift and change amongst his colleagues in building a successful work atmosphere leading to improved productivity. He is visiting faculty in MSME (Micro Small Medium Enterprises). He is a faculty and a Voluntary Counsellor at Asha Counselling and Training Services. Anjum FawziaAnjum Fawzia Ahmedali

Anjum Fawzia Ahmedali is an architect living and working Washington DC.Educated in Mumbai, New Delhi and United States. Fawzia has been practicing for twenty years on projects in India, Singapore, Hong kong, Dubai and the United States. With a Focus on educational, mixed use and multi-family residential projects she is heavily influenced by the end user and using the built environment to improve quality of life by prioritizing the user experience.In addition to architecture and design, Fawzia is also involve in the professional development of staff as a member of the Human Resources department and the Women’s leadership Initiative group within her office.

Dr. Quasar Salem Padiath is a research scientist at the National Centre for Biological Sciences (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research), Bangalore. He received his MBBS degree from Kilpauk Medical College (Dr. MGR Medical University), Madras and his PhD from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He has also carried out Post Doctoral research at Stanford University, USA and the University of California, San Francisco, USA. He works in the field of Human Genetics. His major focus of interest is to try and identify genes which are responsible for complex neuro-psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Dr. Unnikammu MoideenkuttyDr. Unnikammu

Dr. Unnikammu Moideenkutty   has a Phd in Business Administration from Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University, Philadelphia.He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management, College of  Economics and Political Science,, Sultan Qaboos University, Sultanate of Oman. He has taught as a visiting faculty in IIM Kozhikode and IIM Kashipur. He is currently managing his family plantations and Appreciative Inquiry and Resonant Leadership.

Manzur MohammedManzur Mahmood

Manzur Mahmood, 45, is a Chartered Accountant employed with Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain. He is keenly interested in human behavioural issues, personality traits and in the psychological aspects of inter-personal relations. His interests also extend to studying the relationship between the corporate performance and the HR policies of companies. He strongly believes that well motivated and empowered employees are the greatest asset that companies possess and that Human Resources should be nurtures to maximize the potential and performance of organizations. Manzur’s work takes him to different parts of the world and provides opportunities for professional and social interaction with people from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds. In such interactions Manzur attempts to apply some of the concepts of effective “people management” based on the principles of fair-play, Transparency and equal opportunity.

Manzur would like to enhance his knowledge of behavioral science and he recently participated in a TA seminar conducted by ASHA. He hopes that his affiliation with ASHA will better equip him with the formal skills and techniques and concepts required to deal with the day to day issues that confront us all in our professional and social interactions in an effective manner.

Souda is an economics graduate at present a home maker,mother of 2 strappy young sons both doing their engineering. She is very good with her hands and very much interested in embroidery, cooking etc. Suuda’s strength is her sensitivity to people and their issues. She is very much there to support Ashas activities locally and represent Asha in the absence of other trustees in all areas.
